A:I was founded by Craig Foster M.Ed and Emma Gale MSc who have worked within education both within schools and on a government funded programme in the UK. Craig has over 15 years of frontline education experience, both within the classroom, careers advice and guidance, coaching, mentoring, SLT and mental wellbeing. Emma, an Oxford graduate and St Andrews PhD Medical Student, has a further 4 years of teaching, careers guidance, mentoring, coaching and Oxbridge and Russell Group applications knowledge.
