What are CEIAG interviews?

Our sessions with students go way beyond careers advice – we provide individual and group support to students based on THEIR OWN aspirations – and support them in their goals. We promote critical thinking and target setting to achieve goals in chosen pathways.  Schools notice renewed energy in students who have reasons to achieve and pathways to fulfil.

Our Level 6 advisors are also Level 5 trained coaches and mentors with outstanding and extensive experience. Allow your students to be taken on their journey.

Within the sessions, websites, assessment tools and goal sheets are used to help students form their preferred pathways for their future.

How does it work? 

CEIAG 1-to-1 interviews last for 1 hour and will be student centred in approach.  The sessions will allow the students to express their dreams, passions and concerns regarding their futures post-16. Each session will end with a plan A, plan B and an action plan to further the student knowledge regarding their chosen pathways. ​

How does it contribute to schools? 

• Additional support when staff do not have the capacity. 

• Enables the school to fulfil their statutory duty outlined in the Ofsted framework (2021). 

• Experienced professionals in safeguarding, mental wellbeing, coaching and CEIAG. 

• Gatsby benchmarks: 3 and 8

• NERUPI: A, B, C, D

• 1 hour of intervention is advised with potential follow up.
