COACHING
What is coaching?
One-to-one coaching includes sessions with students to improve focus, preparedness and performance by a way of facilitating them in making their own decisions and choices. Coaching is not to be confused with mentoring or CEIAG interviews where guidance surrounding school and career pathways would be given. Coaching allows students to develop their own critical thinking skills and make their own decisions after discussing their thoughts and feelings with an experienced and qualified coach (Advanced DBS checked). Coaching looks at all aspects of a student's life.

How does it work?
Coaching will take place over a series of months- generally sessions take place once a half term, or term (depending on the school's preference). Each session will last 1 hour long and gives the students chance to talk about any concerns or create strategic plans for their individual needs.

1 hour per students, three times across the year
5-6 students per day
