Our core business is that we are passionate about education and student outcomes. We recognise there are multiple factors that come together to provide students with a successful education. In 21st century Britain institutions are often judged on the results gained by students and external visits. Education is more than that, it is the building of character, the preparation of students for a future in which they can live healthy, happy, and successful lives.

We understand and have first-hand experience of the pressure institutions and staff are under to produce results whilst preparing students for their future. Often it can seem impossible. Frequently it may seem futile. The balancing act of teaching students alongside building resilience and character to prepare for "what comes next" is multi-faceted. No single individual forms the student future, it is the skill, experiences and guidance of many.

At A:I we have worked with thousands of students on a sustained and progressive basis across Key Stage 3-5. Our evaluation and research demonstrate the key decision-makers, influences, and stakeholders in the progression of students. Our engagements with students, not only raise aspirations, but will support informed decision making regarding their pathways. Our series of coaching, talks and workshops will provide the inspiration for learners to become independent and to be responsible for their future planning.

We are under no illusion that the influence of school staff and leaders is a major factor in the process. In the last 4 years, we have supported senior leadership teams, middle leaders through to newly qualified teachers in improving the experience of learners. Additionally, this support has provided staff with a deeper understanding, assisted by A:I's external viewpoint, of the key strategies that students deem pivotal in successful education.

On that basis, we are not just here for the students although inspiring them is exactly what we do.
