We support students in their journey to post-education life whether that be further/higher education or employment and training. We have vast experience in academia and industry to provide concise and contemporary information.  An informed student with goals and smart targets is a focused student. A:I change student perceptions towards education and institutions recognise the improvements.

Staff

The last 18 months in a pandemic have further highlighted that supporting your colleagues and recognising their personal journey is vital. We have witnessed incredible efforts from institutions to provide high quality and quantity of education to their students.  Don't worry, the students have confirmed this...in their hundreds!

It is important to look after our staff and support them on their journey. There is a real concern over the "drop out rate" of inspirational and excellent teaching staff. We raise the aspirations of staff - support them to improve their interpersonal and influential skills - pivotally we seek to increase their longevity in the sector..
